(Add an additional $50.00 per mark for each additional mark)

Level 2     $650.00 plus trademark investigation firm search fee

•         Order report from trademark investigation firm (Thomson & Thomson) regarding potential availability of protection (currently $525.00 per mark searched, but subject to change based on Thomson & Thomson’s then-current pricing schedule);

•         Review basic steps necessary for TM application with client, including review of USPTO website e-filing procedures;

•         Does not include attorney review of trademark investigation firm report;

•         Does not include formal opinion of counsel regarding availability of protection;

•         Does not include preparation or review of application;

•         Does not include filing of application;

•         Does not include post-filing correspondence with USPTO.

Level 3     $1,000.00 plus trademark investigation firm search fee

•         Order report from trademark investigation firm (Thomson & Thomson) regarding potential availability of protection (currently $525.00 per mark searched, but subject to change based on Thomson & Thomson’s then-current pricing schedule);

Level 5     $1,500.00 plus trademark investigation firm search fee and USPTO filing fees for each class

•         Provide basic counseling to client as to factors involved in granting federal trademark protection;

•         Order report from trademark investigation firm (Thomson & Thomson) regarding potential availability of protection (currently $525.00 per mark searched, but subject to change based on Thomson & Thomson’s then-current pricing schedule);

•         Review trademark investigation firm report;

•         Prepare formal opinion of counsel regarding availability of protection;

•         Prepare trademark application;

•         File trademark application (current filing fees are $375.00 per class, if submitted by mail, or $325.00 if submitted online);

•         Up to one (1) hour of Post-filing correspondence with USPTO.
