Cash Flow Forms & Tools This is part 1 of 2 handouts I prepared for a cash flow seminar I did for my local SCORE chapter in 2011.

Palo Alto Software, maker of several software programs, including Business Plan Pro, posts several free calculators at its Web site. Most of these seem to use "Flash" technology, so a screen will appear and you should be able to change the calculations by rolling your mouse's cursor over the numbers to increase or decease the amount. FinaCenter, Inc. has a very long list of financial calculators available at their Web site: FinaCenter.com. Most of the calculators in their small business section have the added attraction of a help page and hyperlinks on many terms used, so that by running your mouse over the term a definition appears. I found many of the calculators to be more inclusive and detailed than at other sites. Some examples are:

TimeValue Software Calculators This link takes you to their site, which has a nice selection of Web-based investment, lease, retirement, personal finance, and home financing calculators.

The United States Chamber of Commerce Web site: USChamber.com is a starting place for many small business tools, including personal and business calculators. One of more interesting is the Credit Assessment calculator which will give you a "Good," "Fair," or "Needs Improvement" classification, in order to forewarn you of problems you might have qualifying for certain loans.
